The Druktest max is a leak testing device for performing automatic pressure tests using air as the test medium. It has all the components necessary for performing a pressure test built in, i.e. a pressure sensor, a test pump and a pressure relief valve are integrated into the pressure test case. This compact design saves long set-up times and enables efficient, orderly and automatic performance of pressure tests.

All measurement data from the test is stored and analysed in the test case so that the test can be evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standard. An optional LTE module allows the measurement data to be sent directly to the Esders Connect Portal, where a standard-compliant test report is generated in PDF format.

The Druktest max was primarily developed for testing connection pipes in the gas network sector for the Dutch market. However, thanks to its integrated components, it is versatile and suitable for a variety of applications in the field of connection pipes or installations with small pipe volumes. For testing domestic installations in the drinking water sector, the Druktest max offers a separate option for automatically performing a leak test.
